🔁 Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.
📦 Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
⚠️ Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
🚫 Non-Returnable Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
We do not accept returns for items that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery.
🔄 Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the correct item.
🇪🇺 European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Items must still be returned in their original condition, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
💳 Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund
